More than ever before we need Christian men who will step up and stand up for the Lord and His Word.
In addition to the educational and service ministries offered First Baptist Lakeside has an active Men's Ministry. Men are different from women. Sure they enjoy the Bible Study times, the fellowships (especially the food) but they also like to get "hands on."
Our Men's Ministry works hard to help those in need. Many of our widows, elderly, disabled or those less fortunate have seen the men of FBC Lakeside take care of those little things around the house that they could not handle.
But it is not just hammer and nail stuff. Our men love fellowship. They sponsor our famous annual "Chili Cook-Off." 
Something else we really enjoy is the
Men's Ministry sponsored "Wild Game Night." 
A great time of food and fun.
